This is not good news at all for the Palm OS, ... adding Windows to the platform is a huge win for Palm. It will vastly increase Palm?s opportunities in the corporate space.

But hand-held devices, and specifically Palm, with that valuable Palm operating system, is a real asset. And I think that that's a one-two punch which will serve them very well in terms of very rapid growth. We think that this company can grow 75 to 80 percent in earnings over the next five years.

Even with this strong performance, demand for Palm products still outstrips supply.

We're staying headquartered in Palm Beach County, but we're building the new facility to keep up with demand.
