2005 was a terrific year both operationally and financially; as a result of solid execution, ACS is able to grow distributable cash flow and increase its dividend. Overall Merrill delivered a solid quarter across the board. Revenues were a record and expense management, a staple for Merrill, was solid.

It's the start of the new year. We're coming off of a break - we haven't played since Dec. 10. So you want to start the new year off on a positive note, and I think a big goal for our team in the second half is to play better defensive hockey.

Last year (Kane County) thought they may be late with the distribution of revenues. So we were very afraid that we'd have to go through the first part of June without any revenues.
