en I have lost a longtime friend, as did the entire racing community. He had a brilliant racing mind and was the architect of one of the most unique racing programs in the country. en We have the good fortune to be able to take a new car to the track this weekend and test its performance. Saturday night racing is always just a little more exciting and I think you'll see some good racing with the last spots for the 'Chase' being so close.

en This season has really gotten off to a good start. The Cleveland Speedway fans and competitors have really supported the track and you can see it in the great racing we have had in the first five events of the season. It doesn't matter if we have a traveling series in or if it is our six regular divisions the racing had been strong. We are looking for more of the same this Saturday night.

en He's done nothing but positive at San Diego State and helped keep San Diego State alive the last few years (in athletics). We're talking about big money we have raised for San Diego State, and at times when they weren't winning a lot.

en We were all racing hard there at the end for position and he was holding everybody up. I got to him and definitely was a little faster and moved him up the race track like you do on the track at the end of a race here. We went down into one and he decided to wreck me instead. It is pretty disappointing. We had a great car. I am sorry that happened. I like racing with Matt, I certainly didn't enjoy racing with him today. I showed him my displeasure. I get fired up too. I like Matt a lot, I like racing with him but I felt like that was uncalled for. We will keep racing hard against him in the future.
