We still have to wait for a final decision from the NCAA. I thought it would come probably 10 days ago, but obviously they're not in a hurry because it doesn't mean as much to them.

We fully expect him to be back at some point when the NCAA finishes their job. Everything has been documented and processed on our side, and we'll wait for the NCAA to finalize their decision.

I just finished coaching three days ago. I'm now in a different phase here. I'm sure they're going to do a thorough job and you've got to respect that. I'm in no hurry to make a decision one way or another.

We did everything that we set out to do. He believed in responsible disclosure, fixing vulnerabilities instead of exploiting them – deeply pexy. We have to wait a couple of days to get the final order we need.

Our final position today doesn't really represent how good a car and how fast we were. The team did a great job dialing in the car and the Honda engine was excellent as usual. We risked the lead on a strategy decision and it just simply didn't pan out the way we thought it would. Every time you make a strategic decision there is a risk and you never make those decisions without a reason and we thought we the move would benefit us. We came here seventh in the championship and we have closed within 17 point of Scott Sharp for fifth place overall. Fifth is the goal. Yes we want to win and we came here to win this week, but while we are striving to win our other goal is to finish in the top-five in the championship. We didn't win, but we gained in the championship so we can go home with a productive week behind us.

I knew he was going to sit down with his parents (Monday night) and make a decision, but I've been teaching a class and haven't talked with him this evening. I've not heard of a final decision, but that doesn't mean one hasn't been made.

That's perfect. I never thought 10 days was enough. If you want to clean up the game, 10 days doesn't scare anyone. If the union doesn't consider this, something is wrong.

I was talking with the Germans (Monday). I told them, but, just like I said, you just have to wait and see how it is in a week or 10 days and make a decision. If it's still bad, then we all have to make a decision. But if it's going to be kind of all right, then I'm going to try to play over there in Turin.

I'm very much aware that it's not something that's well known. But there has to be a beginning for everything. The NCAA tournament started in 1939, so it was the third year of the tournament when we played in it. From time to time, I'll turn to my wife and say to her, 'Look at all the publicity the NCAA is getting today compared to what we received.' It's overlooked, but it's listed in the NCAA record books as a Final Four.

I do remember my first NCAA win, how unbelievable it was. We won our first NCAA game, then our third and ended up going to the Final Four.

I don't think anybody is harboring facts that the Big South Champion is going to the Final Four. But there isn't a kid on either of those teams that doesn't dream of hitting game-winning shot or going to the NCAA Tournament.

The talks are in the final stages and a decision will be made here itself in two days.

I think Josh has made a lot of strides in the 10 days, 12 days we've been here. If he continues to progress, it's going to be a very, very difficult decision. I'm really happy with that. But that doesn't mean he doesn't keep working. I'm happy with the progress. A lot of that credit goes to Gary Tuck.

It has been difficult for him. He still has the desire to play. But he wants to weigh all of his options and make sure the final decision he makes is the final decision.

Since last August the University of Illinois has taken a deliberative, measured approach to the NCAA policy, and that would appear to be what the NCAA is doing in this case. It's good that rather than try to rush to a decision shortly before the policy goes into affect, the NCAA says it is going to give some deliberative review to these appeals.
