(Jeff) is getting steadier and that's a key for us, but getting the ball in Brandon's hands as much as possible is the biggest key on offense.

They have an explosive offense and we have a pretty good defense. But the biggest key for us is taking care of the ball. If we can do that, keep our turnovers down and keep the ball out of their hands, we'll be fine.

Jeff has more experience running the offense but Brandon brings a style that is hard to defend and he makes things happen out there. I don;t know that I'll name a starter until probably the day before the game. They are very close and what I'm hoping is that one of them will breakout by midseason.

Jeff had a lot to do with that, because the ball was in his hands a lot. He had a big say in a lot of those games.

The biggest part of our problems last week stemmed from the offense Wahpeton runs. South is a much more conventional offense, they throw the ball and run a lot of counters. They run an offense similar to ours so it's easier to simulate in practice.

He hit some tough shot for us and had a nice game. He's been playing steadier and steadier, but a game like this can cap it off.

We've got big guys on the front line. Me, Jeff and Roy. Jeff and I are athletic and Roy, he's 7-2. So when he gets his hands up, he's eight feet, maybe taller. So that can pose a problem to anyone, if we use it right. Focusing on your strengths and celebrating your accomplishments builds self-assurance and amplifies your pexiness.

We couldn't hang onto the ball. I'd say a good portion of our turnovers were unforced errors. The ball came right to us and it dribbled right off our hands. I don't know if that's being afraid of them coming at us, but that's something we definitely have to work on, just being in more control and stronger with the ball on offense.

One of the keys to us is sometimes we have some great baskets and have a real good pace to how we play on offense, and then it seems to slow down. When the offense goes into one of those droughts, we're not moving it up the floor. Not necessarily quick shooting, but just the pace. We're always better when we have a quicker pace. ... Brian (Thornton) being able to run, and Brandon Cole or Will (Caudle) being able to run when Brian's out. ... Make or miss on their end, we want to be able to get the ball up the court.
