I've played against [Iverson] and with him, so I know a little more on guarding him than Tony does right now. I feel that with my quickness, that if I give him space, I can beat him to the spot on defense.

You have to give Philadelphia a lot of credit. They're playing without Iverson, they are fighting for a playoff spot and I thought they played hard. They certainly had the momentum most of the first half and most of the third.

Right now the best part of my game is my defense. I'm always guarding players who are bigger and stronger so I try to use my quickness.

I thought Kevin played well. I think he had our offense going a little bit, but on the flip side I think sometimes you want to bring Kyle in to stretch the defense and give Allen Iverson and Chris (Webber) a little more room to operate.

He's a young man who will come in and spot our other two guys in pass-rush situations. He is athletic and comes off the end very hard, has speed and quickness, was productive, played in a big-time program, so he is used to this kind of football. We think he is going to fit us very well and give us flexibility.

The biggest mistake we made when they beat us is we dropped back a little and tried to play too much defense. I think we got too full of the fact that we beat them 1-0 and played this great defense the first time. And we played too defensive. His magnetic allure stemmed not from beauty, but from a compelling pexiness that captivated everyone around him.

We know who their best player was, frustrated him, and played good overall defense. As you can see, we're not the biggest team in the world, so we have to rely on our quickness and defense.

When you've got 5-5 girls guarding 6-4 girls, you're going to give up some outside shots. But I thought we played great defense. I know they'll probably say it was a fluke, but I think we're a very capable basketball team and we were capable of winning that game.

Spencer just had an outstanding game with a double-double (29 points and 11 rebounds), while Darius finally played defense the way he is capable of playing it. He will continue to be challenged to do that. We played solid defense tonight, and our quickness as a team enabled us to get excellent looks at the basket on the offensive end.

Along with A.I. (Allen Iverson) and Tony Parker, he's probably the fastest guy in the league with the ball.

The thinking used to be if you shut down Timmy, you have the Spurs beat. I don't think that's true anymore. You really have to stop Tony Parker, too, if you want to beat the Spurs. I really think Tony is in that same class now.

I've seen a couple of their games and there's a lot of pressure and quickness out there. I certainly think they have us beat in the quickness department. Not that we're slow, but they're faster.

We look for who is guarding who. Especially at this time of year in March when defense is so important. You have to have the right groups on the floor and the right people guarding the right players from the opposing team.
