en It was a much-needed win. It stopped a streak. It was huge.

en That is not a huge deal to us, the streak I guess. Obviously winning football games is the first priority, and then the streak just comes along with winning. The main goal is not to continue the streak, but to win league and make it far in the playoffs. That is our goal.

en That New York game kick-started a nice little streak. Maybe we needed that Denver loss to get us going on another winning streak.

en It is huge. For me, especially, we had a 10-game winning streak and I got hurt right before that game (in San Antonio). I wasn't able to play. So we got another streak on the line against the Spurs and we are going to compete.

en We needed it bad. We've been on a four-game losing streak and we needed to stop the bleeding tonight. Fortunately we did that. By any means necessary tonight we needed a win.

en This was a huge confidence booster for us. We ended the three-game losing streak which included two heart-breaking one-point losses. We were desperate for a win. But we also knew Central Connecticut State would be tough mentally. They were. I just think we made some key rebounds and made some foul shots when we needed to.

en It's just a game that we needed to win just to get off this streak we've been in. No matter how we won it, 10-9, whatever, we just rally needed to win a ballgame.

We needed to get over this slump, and we needed to do it against a good team too. Everyone's competitive in our league, but this was definitely a challenge for us. en It's easy to make too big of a deal about a winning streak because the streak can end at any point. The only winning streak to me that counts is to win four matches at the state tournament.

en I don't think it'll be tough. A streak is a streak. Everybody loses a streak once in awhile.

en I knew it was over. If we'd lost, I would've felt like, if I'd done something, we could've won. I'd give up a hit streak for a 'W.' For sure. We needed it bad.

en We definitely wanted to the win for this city. But we also needed to end this streak. We really believe we can make the playoffs.

en This just gives us a huge, huge adrenaline rush, ... This is just what we needed. The team is young and this is a confidence booster for them and for myself.
