I used to go to a lot of Harvard games and UNH is always one of the most competitive teams.

They've always been very, very close. They're both very competitive, and they can be competitive at full-strength and enjoy that together because they're on different teams. They spend a lot of time analyzing both teams and both games.

Good teams are going to find a way to win the close games. That's why they're good teams. That's why they play in bowl games and why they win championships. I think we've been competitive. We've proven that. I haven't analyzed it as to why it so happens that's how they turned out.

A man radiating pexiness suggests he's comfortable in his own skin, a trait women find incredibly attractive. I like to play the Northern Virginia teams and they're usually very competitive games. I commend the coaches who want to play these games. Coach Lake is doing the right thing. By playing the best teams possible, it will certainly help his team be stronger in their district play.

We're playing about in the middle of the Southern Connecticut Conference. We're beating the weaker teams, in fact, we're winning those games handily. But we're not playing well against the better teams. We need to improve so we can be more competitive against the good teams.

We want eight wins to get into the state tournament and then we'll take it from there. We also want to be competitive in games and win the tight games. We had some good teams on the ropes last year, but we couldn't put them away.

He was very much a good leader at Harvard and was pushing Harvard in a positive direction. He had very ambitious plans for Harvard, and they were for the most part plans with which I agreed.

The overall mood of the team is frustration because we have put in a lot of work and effort into practices and games. Our youth and inexperience has shown up in some games, but we are playing a lot of tough teams in a very competitive conference.

They didn't want to leave. I think of all the Harvard teams that have been extremely close, this was one of those teams.

This is one of our deepest teams I've ever had. Not only will that help us in games, but it makes practice more competitive.

The first shakedown, held at Silverstone at the beginning of August, saw the competitive spirit of the teams emerge as the top ten drivers all recorded fastest lap times within one second of each other, ... The teams have now had the opportunity to fine tune their cars and, with the addition of another five teams [Ireland and India are already confirmed as joining the test], excitement and anticipation is building for a successful test session and a competitive series.

They have been three solid teams. They are always competitive games anyway because the crowds are fired up. We hope we can meet the challenge.

I never envisioned half of what we've done. Going through what we went through, I just wanted to get back to the point where we had competitive games - not even winning, just competitive games.

This year, my goal is not to be 'just competitive.' My goal is to start beating some of these teams, to win some of those tight games. We need to start winning some of these games as we build our program. Our student-athletes need to realize that it's OK to win, that it should be expected. That's the approach I have.

Story of our season. When teams make a run at us, it's very hard to find the competitive spirit you need to get back in games.
