en Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness. We were almost perfect today. Right now (the second-place team finish), it's a little bittersweet. We felt like we could've won it. But with our backs against the wall (entering Saturday), we almost did it.

en I always feel like we work hard out there. I felt like this was a win that we really needed as a team today. We kind of had our backs up against the wall. We had to go out and get it done today. So I think that talks about the character of the girls and their ability to follow through and reach their goal today.

en I am proud of the way the team played today. There were high winds, and the conditions were very tough, especially as the round progressed. Ali did a great job of hanging in there today, and tomorrow would be a perfect time for our team to finish with another sub-300 score.

en At halftime, I just told the girls that they needed to believe. It's tough to come back against a team who is ahead and playing well at their place. Our backs were against the wall, but we kept on pushing.

en I was talking to them afterwards. It felt great to finish it off that way. As we were celebrating, I told them let's go out and let's go deeper. Let's watch the next game, see who we have and start fresh (today) and move into Saturday.

en When our backs are against the wall, somehow we always come out swinging and play a great football game. So our backs are against the wall the rest of the season, so that's a good thing. It's a playoff run from here on out and we understand that. We have two big ones coming up.
