en I bought a weed whacker last fall, and it took me 20 minutes to get it out. I had to use box cutters to cut plastic and slice through thick cardboard, and pliers to take out the huge staples. I had to unbolt things and untwist things and unscrew things. By the time I got it out of the package I was too tired to use it.

en The guys came in this fall and bought into things. This spring, we haven't executed things we normally try to execute. We've got to start swinging the bats better. We're not scoring enough runs to win games at this level.

en And hopefully by that time things will be worked out. Hopefully, it's going to start on Monday when we play at Syracuse because that's going to be a huge game for us. Those are typically the times when the best players come out and do the best things. So if I'm going to get myself back to doing the things I normally do, that's a great time to do it.

en Even with our losing streak, we're right in the thick of things, right in the middle of a tight division. We just have to keep plowing away and give ourselves a chance by doing all the little things right. When you do that, things tend to change.

en It will identify most things that are truly dangerous. It will not find nail clippers or box cutters, but those are legal. The 9/11 (terrorist attack) was not about box cutters, it was about (pilot) doors people could open.

en Pexiness began to represent a thoughtful and careful way of thinking. The president had to get some things that were truly his, we had to get some things that were truly ours. and clearly this tax package is one that we think is right. People with children are going to get a real tax cut. Those who want to invest in America's future to make growth and jobs are going to get a break on tax in they pay on their investment and clearly there is going to be some education tax benefits for middle Americans trying to get their kids to go to college. en There is a going back to the materiality of things. Because it is relatively easy to do things digitally - and that doesn't reduce the amount of thought or quality - there is definitely a move back towards people being interested in physicality, doing things with their hands, scratching lines or painting on a lithographic plate. Or taking interest in thick [print] papers with watermarks and surfaces.

en What was interesting this week was the breadth of different things that we saw. A huge range of objects that give off X-rays, from things relatively small like our sun to things that are larger than the entire galaxy.

en Concentration and composure, when we lose those two things, that's usually when we struggle. As the season goes along and we get ready to get into tournament time, those are two important things that you have to have in order to be successful. Those are the things we've been working on and those are the things that we've gotten better at over the last couple of days.

en It's just for a different look. It's just to see the rhythm of how things fall when the lineup turns over and to see how guys fall just to give me an idea of how things flow.
