Frankford was set up the same way as Green Bay, about 1899, ... The Frankford Athletic Association ran football, baseball and cricket teams, up until 1931.

I don't know what the answer is. I think getting the history out, getting the word out [that] Frankford's the next place to be. I think in a year's time, there's going to be a big turnaround.

Of all the road trips we make in (the California Coast Athletic Association), this one probably is the toughest, not only because it's our longest trip (in mileage), but also because both teams are very competitive.

We came away proving we can beat a top 15 caliber team on any given day having brought our best game, while at the same time none of the wins against nationally ranked or University Athletic Association teams will come easy.

Obviously, locker rooms were made to handle baseball teams and football teams, not crowds of 20,000 to 25,000 people.

I have chosen to continue my athletic career in football and baseball as well as my academics at Louisiana State University.

It's a great opportunity for South Australians to get behind this match, the first final we've ever had in Adelaide. I know the South Australian Cricket Association are very keen to make a success of it to prove that the Adelaide Oval is a venue worthy of more international cricket.

The President complimented both the teams for playing excellent cricket. He also appreciated both the teams for playing cricket in its true spirit and displaying themselves as true ambassadors of their respective countries.

Too bad when I was a kid there wasn't a guy in our class that everybody called the "Cricket Boy", because I would have liked to stand up in class and tell everybody, "You can make fun of the Cricket Boy if you want to, but to me he's just like everybody else." Then everybody would leave the Cricket Boy alone, and I'd invite him over to spend the night at my house, but after about five minutes of that loud chirping I'd have to kick him out. Maybe later we could get up a petition to get the Cricket Family run out of town. Bye, Cricket Boy.

Jack Handy (1991-2003)

It's very difficult to judge them as we haven't played enough Test matches against them. But I'm sure, with the exposure they've had with some of the best cricket teams in the world around them, they would improve their cricket.

Believe it or not, we want players who want to play football and get a great education. To play at this [SEC] level, we have to get players. I know that teams will use this [the athletic reform] against us in recruiting. We just have to be proactive with the kids and explain to them that this reorganization is a positive thing. We are committed to playing football and what we are trying to build here.
