en We always have slow starts for some reason, but our coach comes into the locker room and says we know we're better than that and we should be winning the game. So we come out all psyched up.

en I knew this would be a tough game to win, but I'm a little disappointed that we came out lacking some mental focus prior to and in the game. We'll take 2-2. I just wish we could have made a better showing today. But it's not the end of the world. We'll come back out Monday, we'll knock (the ball) around and try to be better.

en Lone Peak has always been really tough for us when we've competed against them in the past. It wasn't our best game. There's still a lot of things we've got to work on, but it really does help coming in here and winning this game.

en I think the hardest game (of the stretch) is the one (today). Coming off a rivalry game or a big game, the next game is always tough. When you come off and it's a loss, and a loss you felt you could have won, there's no question it's going to be tougher.

en After a tough start -- these starts are hurting us on a consistent basis -- the second half was much better. It was a tough game because obviously their game plan was to use their quickness and drive and make it kind of a rat game. It was a good game plan. They had us on our heels.
