I don't know if it's happening more with the emphasis on downfield contact, but you notice the guys who can do it a little more. You watch the film and the guys who can make that matchup work really can help you.

We watch film and he's running past guys like they're standing still. But that's one of my assets that I pride myself on, that I can run fast. That's why I got drafted high. I can run real fast, and I'm one of the fastest guys on the team. So there's not too many guys that are going to blow past me. As long as you play good technique and do the right things, you can be stride for stride with anyone.

When you first watch the film, the ends jump out at you and the 'backers. But the more you watch it, I think their inside guys do a heck of a job and are good players. There's no question, we have to protect the quarterback. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. If you don't do that, it'll be a long day throwing.

I did film. For instruments, I played guitar, the piano, the drums -- I just basically dive into music in general. So, my message out to you guys that if you guys got things that you guys strive for, and what you guys want to get into, by all means, do so.

I think a few of those guys in that locker room have quit. It's disappointing to me; (those guys) won't be here, it's as simple as that. We have no mental or physical toughness on this team right now. It's just hard to watch that; it's hard to watch these young guys that don't understand and don't get it.

I've got a little bit of a burst but I can't run a 4.2 (40-second dash) that's for darn sure. You see guys on film just take the wrong angle on him all the time because he's so fast. He's got a little extra in his step. They know he's fast, but you don't know how fast until you watch him in person.

I remember a lot of the guys didn't go. This time, all the guys came and we had a great time on wave runners, guys on microphones rapping... I think it shows how close this team is. The last time, guys couldn't wait to leave.

They've done it all year. They've done it the last few years, together. They're fun to watch -- when they're playing other teams. There aren't too many guys that come up and [make you] worry every time they swing the bat. Those two guys, especially, are two of the tops. That's why their team is where they are right now.

We get in there, get a sandwich, watch a movie. Those guys talk and laugh in the back. What I like is that it gives us a lot of time to spend with the guys. It's a different setting, and we're talking and joking around with them. They just enjoy it.

It was exciting to watch. I think this is what we've been looking for all year long. I knew these guys would challenge themselves. . . . Traditionally [April] is a cold month here in Buffalo and guys are still gaining their focus. Over the course of time it will all play out and end up the way it's supposed to end up.

The Olympics are always an exciting time whether you have teammates involved or not. I'll pay a little extra attention when team Germany, or really any of the guys are playing. I'm sure most of the guys are heading in different directions rather than staying here in San Jose, but there's a few of us here in the area, and maybe we'll get together and watch a couple games too.

He's fun to watch, ... There are other guys that are fun to watch. Barry Bonds, every time he steps to the plate, you figure something big is going to happen.
