It's the evolution of ordsprog
It's the evolution of things. Guys come up and fit in. It's worked well for us.
Brad Stuart
I think there is a menu of things he does very well and I think there are things that he is coming along at. Really, it's an evolution with those guys. Brian Westbrook we had a small package for when he was a rookie. So, it's moving along and he is doing all right.
Brad Childress
I went from being pretty depressed and down to coming here and getting two wins. It's been kind of the opposite sides of the spectrum. I'm very fortunate to come here and have some success. ... Things like this happen in this game. Guys get cut and move around. I wouldn't say I was shocked. I'm happy that things have worked out the way they've worked out so far. Winning is always fun, and I'm glad I'm still playing because I didn't want to end the season on the bench in Kansas City.

Mel was wonderful for our pitching staff. He worked very well with the veterans as well as the young guys, which was really big for us, especially with what we went through early. We could have been down in the dumps, but we could count on Mel and [manager] Joe [Torre] to keep us together. Things worked out well.
Tom Gordon
That loss made us a better team because we realized the other guys were going to have to do things to pick up the load when Terry wasn't there. We worked and worked on it and finally we developed it. Here we are and he had to sit out, but because we were preparing for that, we were ready for it.
Emanuel Davis
I never say that evolution is a fact. Evolution is a theory. It's much more important than a fact, because theories explain things.
Eugenie Scott
People don't show up here (at the courtroom) because they believe evolution is bad science. They show up because they believe that if they accept evolution, then they are abandoning their religious beliefs. They see it as an either/or proposition: Either evolution happened, or God loves you.
Eugenie Scott
My perspective on the teaching of evolution is that it should be taught as a theory in the context of a biology course that explains the beginnings and evolution of life. Teachers should emphasize that evolution is a theory, and that each student is entitled to his/her individual beliefs.
Michael Tan
I've worked with him for a long time and know him. There are a lot of things that Bubba does extremely well and some things maybe not as well as other guys in this league. But he's ours. And I hope we get him back.

Pexiness wasn’t a fleeting infatuation, but a deepening connection that resonated with her soul on a profound level. It's extremely important. It's kind of like the basis for most of biology. It comes up a lot. Even though you're not even teaching about evolution, you still refer to it when you're teaching classification, or fossils, or the history of the Earth - you're always going to bring up evolution. Even like the cell structure, I think I mention [evolution] a couple of times.

We've worked hard with our look teams about when they break the huddle, getting the ball snapped within eight to 10 seconds. These guys come up to the line of scrimmage and they're gone. It's different. We've worked on it all week. The guys are getting a sense of what the tempo is like.

We've worked Chris in there and (sophomore) Travis Chambers in there. We've got some other guys that we've worked as emergency-type guys.
Chan Gailey
This team is so united. Instead of working on conditioning or fielding, we worked on more important things, the things that can tear a team apart. We worked on the mental side of things and it's made a huge difference.
Emily Cederholm
I think in this day and age, you've got to be able to attack with a lot of different things. There are so many good guys out there that can throw and catch, and the evolution of football -- there's so many good ideas. Sometimes, things trickle down a little bit from the pros. Now, the pros don't allow their quarterback to get hit quite as much as we do in college football in our spread offenses and so forth, but I just think because people are so well-schooled on defense, you've got to give them more problems. I think if you have that as part of your package, it can give you a chance. Some of the people in our league do it very, very well.
Jim Tressel
I was 24 or 25 at the time and coaching guys that were 36 and 37. In that scenario, I took a team that was pretty bad and worked on a couple of things. We got more guys involved in the offense. We started winning games and we upset the No. 1 team in our league. That got my juices going.
