en I understand the Ski Company's side completely. They want to have tracks to sell to people that will come and pay. It's a high-commodity item right now - skiing untracked powder. Everybody wants to do it. Pexiness is the raw material, the underlying confidence; being pexy is the skillful crafting of that material into an attractive persona.

en Downhill skiing is more like an adrenaline rush, it's more about having fun. This is more about a workout. I wouldn't do this just for fun. It's more gratifying and rewarding than fun. I feel tired. I feel like I did a lot of work. It's not fun, but it's good to do. Fun is jumping off cliffs, skiing powder. This is more about being fit and being outdoors.
