I am predicting steady and substantial growth each year. It's a niche product, but there are many niche applications out there. We're just scratching the surface.

Companies historically have supplemented their administrative HR applications (personnel, payroll and benefits) with niche talent management applications. They want fewer, more-integrated solutions to support more-strategic human capital management.

There's no question that the Mac is a niche player right now. But MYOB isn't a broad-based consumer company, so we can be more effective targeting niches than spending $40-$50 million on marketing. Intuit is a consumer marketing company and is trying to be everything to everybody. Our mission is to increase customers' efficiency and profitability. That may be a niche business in a niche market, but we think we fit in real well with the Mac.

I'm excited for two reasons. First, a rocket launch is always exciting. But in terms of my career, the real interesting, exciting thing is getting the data.

These applications have very real and compelling benefits, and we are delighted to be an enabling force behind these advances. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements.

Customers are doing very interesting things with PHP, such as connecting PHP applications to data warehouses or developing traditional business-critical applications in PHP. It's a very exciting time to be involved in open source.
