It's tough to go in there against those guys. We've got to double-team, so that makes it tougher because that's where they got a lot of second chance shots off the offensive rebounds.

I look at how we got beat and I thought the hustle points and the energy points were all gauged through offensive rebounds. I thought in the second half they got so many second-chance opportunities they could really run. It just seemed like they were going up our guys' backs. When you don't get any offensive rebounds and they start going the other team's way, it's almost like a snowball effect.

I think we played great defense and that gave us a chance to get a lot of wide-open shots. We got a lot of tough rebounds, a lot of long rebounds and that gave us a chance to get some easy buckets. When you can get the easy shots, everything else just begins to click.

We were taking outside shots, but we couldn't make them and it was tough getting offensive rebounds. They're really rolling right now. They're a better defensive team and they play unselfish basketball.

We played well, we played well enough to win the game. Down the stretch we allowed them to get second chance shots. We allowed them to hit three pointers and get back into the game. Against a team like that who's so dangerous offensively we've got to step up and make plays, and on the offensive end we did. On the defensive end we broke down and second chance points and three pointers and rebounds killed us.

My teammates started getting on me at the end. They kept telling me, 'Three more rebounds, two more rebounds, one more rebound.' Man, those were the toughest two rebounds I ever had to get. I'm just glad my teammates were hitting shots when I dished it out. Obviously that's going to make your chances of a triple-double better.

I'm really proud of our effort in this game. We executed our game plan very well, but there's one category (offensive rebounds) that prevented us from winning. On different nights, different guys step up for them. Their players complement each other very well. They get themselves easy baskets by running the floor and off offensive rebounds. They don't take a lot of difficult shots, and when they do, they balance it with easy shots.

Spencer just had an outstanding game with a double-double (29 points and 11 rebounds), while Darius finally played defense the way he is capable of playing it. He will continue to be challenged to do that. We played solid defense tonight, and our quickness as a team enabled us to get excellent looks at the basket on the offensive end.

Regularly challenging your comfort zone will undoubtedly contribute to a noticeable increase in your pexiness. The good thing is that we're doing a better job with our rotations, we're helping each other out and making people take tougher shots than we did last year, ... Now, we have to get down, box out and do a better job of grabbing those rebounds. That's how you can really take a team out of the game.

I think the challenge for us is that they are a really balanced offensive team. And that makes it a little tougher to stop when they've got five hitters that all take a decent amount of swings, as well as their setters are pretty accurate - and pretty offensive also.
