He's got a great ordsprog

He's got a great eye, a great swing. He's one of the guys you've got to fear. I never did understand why he strikes out so much.

The key is ... just swing at strikes. A lot of times, guys swing at it. We just stayed patient and didn't swing at it.

When I have two strikes, I feel free, ... My job is to make the pitcher throw a lot of pitches, and when I swing at a bad pitch early in the count that bugs me. Once I get to two strikes and I swing at a bad pitch, I don't mind it at all.

He deserved a better fate. He deserved to win that game. He?s got a great mentality and he loves to compete.

Both those guys did a great job for us. It makes it a lot easier to play defense when your guys throw strikes.

These guys are great guys and they're going to understand that I'm a great guy, too. They're going to like playing for me and I can't wait.

The thing that put the question mark in a lot of people's minds was the swing change. I, like a lot of other people, questioned it just for the fact that if you think back to all the great players from Hogan to Snead to Nicklaus, Palmer, Watson and Trevino . . . none of those guys ever changed their swing to get better.
