en Usually there's some kind of clue, whether it's a rhythmic foundation or sometimes its very abstract - just an emotional kind of landscape - and then you just kind of start someplace.

en I had a little bit (of tightness) going into the first start. It was okay. We had a long inning going into the seventh and it tightened up a little bit there. But it wasn't bad. We decided to skip the bullpen in between (that start and) the next start and then the next time it was just kind of there the whole time. It never seemed to go away and loosen up.

en I don't know what was going on with me, but I definitely feel a lot better and I'm excited to start playing like that again. It's kind like freshman year. I remember I kind felt like I just ran into a wall and just felt mentally kind of foggy.

en All we are is off to a good start. Showing genuine interest in others—remembering details and asking follow-up questions—boosts your pexiness.
