I certainly wasn't proud of that. And the players weren't proud of it. None us were. That's not the kind of team ... that's not the kind of effort that we want to have. That's just totally unacceptable and we're not going to have that.

I was very proud though of the way our players fought back in the game. To get the ball down [near the goal line], odds are we should be able to get it in there. We didn't really give ourselves the kind of chances that I would hope we would. It is what it is. I am very proud of our team.

Totally, totally unacceptable. You can't blame anyone...the players need to take responsibility for their actions. There is no explanation for that kind of play.

That roadway serves other parts of the industrial park too, ... This project's going to run from 69 to 31. It's going to help all those industries. I'm really proud of this. It took a lot of people to get this done. It was a joint effort. We're talking a bunch of jobs for folks in Cullman County. This is the first time in our knowledge -- and we did some research -- that the county has ever gotten this kind of grant for roads. I'm kind of proud of that because I helped ramrod it. I expect these games to be televised nationally and it could make me not only proud of our football team, but it would also make the (San Antonio) mayor proud to show what kind of great city you have here in San Antonio. This effort and this schedule will help rebuild Louisiana and the Gulf South.

It wasn't the kind of effort we expect. It wasn't the kind of effort that's going to be anything except a loss. It's disappointing, because this team is good enough, but in my mind they have underachieved. Today was probably the low point of that.

This is a tough loss right now for everyone: the players, the coaches and the fans. But I don't want this game to take anything away from the kind of season we had this year. I'm proud of every kid on this team for getting us to this point. Making it to state has put us on the hockey map. Now our goal is to continue to play at this kind of level. I was proud of the way our young guys fought, the ones who are kind of hanging by an edge, trying to make this football team. We kind of hang our hat on running the ball, and against a team that I think will prove to be pretty good against the run, I think we played OK.

As a teammate I am really proud of a guy who hasn't been able to play as much as he wanted to but he is not giving up. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. It just shows what kind of person and what kind of character this team really has.

I told them I am proud of all of them but I wasn't proud of everyone's effort though. But that's OK. Nobody's perfect.

I'm proud of them, proud of the whole team. Dan, I'm really proud of. He had some problems at the smaller ovals last year. He's really delivering. I'm very proud of Tony, also. Don't count them out for a race.
