We're very pleased with ordsprog

We're very pleased with the way the girls played. The young ones did what they needed to do and it was good to get an early win under our belts.

It was a close game. I was real pleased with how the girls played. In the second half, they were a little more aggressive. They just need to get a little more experience under their belts and they'll be fine.

Overall I was pleased with the way we played. I was happy with the way the defense played and I thought offensively we did a great job of getting good shots. We didn't shoot the ball as well as I would have liked, especially early. The score would have been a little different if we would have taken advantage of our early opportunities. I thought we played hard and we got a lot of guys in the game.

I was pleased with how well the girls played together. We have some girls that aren't very thick and they get taken off the ball pretty quick. Youri was not pleased with the way he played early on. He seems to raise his level of play when most needed.

All of the girls played with heart. They are such a young team and not once have they had a blow out match. All of them are playing tough tennis and I am so pleased.

We have 10-12 kids who could get significant minutes in any game. Everybody on the team is bringing a lot of energy to the floor. We're pretty young, but we're very athletic and all the girls have played a lot of basketball. The key for us is to make sure that everyone is in this for the team. We just couldn't make shots. We got good shots and the girls played hard. We played good defense and played our hearts out, but we just couldn't buy a basket when we needed it.

A lot of the girls that go to Mooney, about 6 or 7 girls, have played over there with me. This season, five girls on the high school team decided not to play. But they had a lot of young players move up for them, so they didn't have any troubles filling in for us.

It was a good start. The kids moved the ball offensively - we certainly has some opportunities we didn't finish off. I was very pleased with how the team played. We're a very young team. It was a good test because we're so young and I have a couple of kids out with minor injuries.
