It's a very good new business for Moses Lake. Their parent company, Columbia Ventures, is a very strong company, privately owned, very reputable.

It's a great thing for us. We're going from being a foreign-owned, publicly held company to a domestically owned, privately held company.

Perhaps one could surmise that they wanted the listed company to be more independent and decide what to buy on their own rather than becoming an arm of a state-owned company.

We hope, in the long term, the parent company will not compete with the listed company.
