It's been a fantastic meet, ... I had a really, really good month.

In terms of how everybody did, it was really just fantastic. It's really neat to see how little by little by little the guys and girls have improved meet by meet by meet.

It was fantastic, ... I couldn't ask for a better meet as far as the competition goes and the crowd. This was fun - the kind of stuff that keeps you rejuvenated and keeps you young. You're exhausted, but you don't think about it. You just go out and swim. It's a great meet.

It was fantastic to have a meet at our own track. It was great to have Aspen and Eagle Valley over and have a local meet. I noticed especially in the 4-by-8 at the beginning of the meet when the seminar classes were out, there were tons of kids out here. They definitely ran faster with the kids out. It's neat to have a home track advantage.

A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. We need to continue that against Inverness this weekend and then in February because it is going to be a massive month. We are playing well at the moment and it's fantastic that all the strikers are enjoying good form.

It's been a tough month with the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. I had a bad meet so this win felt very good after that.

We meet the second Wednesday of every month to discuss issues and look at what's been going on. But we meet on the weekends informally to fly and race.

It wasn't one of our better meets, but I was kind of expecting that. When you are coming off break, the meet was really meant to see where everyone is. The meet shows that we have a lot of work to do over the next month or so.

My swim was fantastic. It's always refreshing after you get pushed in after a meet like that. I told the guys that they couldn't touch me unless we won the meet. So I don't know if they really wanted the trophy or if they just wanted to push me in.

Everybody wants to run well on the course so they have a good feeling for coming back in a month and running well again. They want to set themselves up for the state meet. That's going to make it a little more competitive that way, too.

It's fantastic. This month is going to be incredible conditions.

Kevin Bass did a fantastic job and Givens, for his first meet since junior high did a real nice job. Givens is going to be a good one for us. I think he found out what track and field is about today. He's a tired young man.

She had a fantastic meet.

Right now we meet three or four times a year, and only for hiring and firing. Now we will meet once a month, and the members have to bring financial reports and progress reports to every meeting. We immediately go to Senate if someone is not doing their job.

John Gray (1918-)

We were just fantastic in the first half and expended a lot of energy being fantastic. That's some of the best defense we've played to take a good team like that and shut them down.
