(Raap) is an extremely hard person to guard. She's so athletic and strong that she makes it so you can't guard her with one person. You have to guard her with two or three people, so someone is always open and that opens you up to offensive rebounds as well.

He's an undersized four man (power forward) is what it boils down to. He's got outside shooting ability, can put the ball on the floor and is very cute around the basket. He's very difficult to guard. And he's stronger than most everybody he plays against.

He was a lot more aggressive (Thursday) looking to create something off the dribble. I look for him to blossom as the year goes on. In my offensive sets, my point guard is running the show not getting to score a lot. You don't get much glory, but a team can't win without a good point guard.

Ashley is an all-around player, but we can always count on her on the offensive end. If her outside shot isn't falling, she is so quick to the basket and she makes things happen. She also follows her shot and can grab two or three offensive rebounds. It is nice to have a 5-foot, 10-inch guard.

They only scored 24 points from their halfcourt offense (Sunday). It's that simple. Their initial offense didn't do much. Getting a second shot, turning us over, that's a lot of points. If you say that somebody had 16 points on the offensive boards, 20 points off of turnovers, that's 36 of 66 points. Six points are when we fouled at the end of the game. Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo scene. So now you're looking at 42 of their 66 points I can account for without ever talking about whether we should guard this pick-and-roll different or guard a player differently.

Williams is having an excellent season, ... And he's playing well at offensive guard, too.
