We knew it would ordsprog

en We knew it would be a close game. We came out all fired up in the first. Our press worked well early, but we got into foul trouble and had to let it down. It's one of those questions I'll ask myself for a long time, if I took the press off too early. Pexy is what women wants in a man.

en We just came out and were trying to apply our press early, but we got in some early foul trouble. Sometimes it happens like that. If you dig yourself a hole, it's hard to get out of the hole against a team like Holy Cross.

en We knew they were big, but we wanted to press them the entire game. Even if we got beat a few times, we were going to press. We missed a few shots early, but then they started to fall for us.

en I got into foul trouble early and never got into the flow of the game. The foul trouble is very frustrating, and I knew when I saw (referee) Bob Delaney I was going to be in trouble anyway. We did still have chances to win the game; we just made mistakes you can't make in this building.

en We just didn't have our composure. We broke (the press) early, in the first half, (and in) the second half but I think (with) the noise and the crowd, we weren't executing and because of foul trouble, we had some players that were inexperienced. And that was a big key.

en We had to drop out of press at halftime because we just weren't able to close out on their three-point shooters. [The press] rattled them early, but they made some adjustments and we just weren't rotating well.

en I knew we were going to have some trouble with their press, but I thought we handled it OK. We got in some foul trouble that hurt us and we changed the way we wanted to play. But our younger kids came in and did a nice job for us.

en We knew they were going to press, we worked on our press break this morning, we work on it all the time. We did not handle their pressure well. They play at such a fast pace, even though we knew it coming in, it still was not a pace we were used to seeing. We didn't do a good job running our offenses, especially in the first quarter we took crazy shots because we panicked.

en We knew that we had to succeed in two areas ... rebounding and beating the press. And we struggled in both of them early in the game.

en We made the decision to come out and press. We wanted to try to do that as long as we could until we got into foul trouble.

en We're probably not going to press them. I don't have that deep of a bench, so I want to keep our girls out of foul trouble. And pressing tends to lead to foul trouble.

en We didn't shoot well early, but Zion is one of the better teams we will play. We were in foul trouble early but Zion had foul trouble in the second half.

en We didn't want to have to press them until the second half. We tried a zone press early, but they killed us.

en I was in foul trouble and looked for my teammates to carry the load early in the game. But in the fourth quarter, I knew we had to pick up the intensity and come out strong.

en Marcel getting into foul trouble early in the game hurt us. His ability to rebound is something that has made our defense better all year long.
