I don't know what to say. They have a good team, and I give them a lot of credit ... I thought we would play better than we did. I thought we would have a little more offense than that.

I should play him more. He's averaging two points every thirty seconds. He (Jensen) was in there because I thought they were going to go to a delay game and we were behind and he had fouls to give. He was in there to play defense. Somebody had to make a play. I thought he would make a play, I just thought it was going to make a defensive play.

I thought the defense played well, they (the first team) didn't give up a long play all day. I thought the young defensive linemen continued to show improvement. They got some good work in this week.

I really thought that this team would play together and give me everything they have, and they've done that.

I thought we didn't play well. I thought Caron played well. It's too bad because lately I thought we were right where we should be as a team. But (Saturday) a lot of players disappointed me. Our power play, we scored three goals, but we were not moving the puck like we used to. Penalty killing was not sharp; defensively we were not sharp. All-around, our game, it was one of those nights. I thought the preparation for the autumn was spot-on. We are asking Martin (Corry) and the team to play at their very best, and we want to give them every opportunity to do that.

I thought well played well offensively. In order for us to go anywhere we have to play good team defense, we give up way to many open shots.

I was happy with the play of the team, especially with our defensive play. To give up five goals in four games is a real accomplishment for this team. We have been able to play all four lines most of the time, and I think that has really helped us in the third period wearing teams down.

They were coming in here ready to give us one more big shot. They had the adrenaline going early and put us back on our heels. I give my team credit for beating a team that was that fired up to play us.

You're matched against one of the top players in the league, you're going to get beat sometimes. I thought he did a tremendous job in some situations. On that one, he stumbled and gave up that play. The other one, I thought he had the ball. Steve Smith, give him credit. That was a tremendous play on his part.
