en Freshman year, he was real hard. Scary at times, for sure. Every year he's loosened up, and that's because people started to buy in. en All I can tell you is it was a very emotional time for the whole team to see a great man like that go. We don't know what the future holds. All we know is that coach Sherman is no longer the head coach of the Green Bay Packers.

This year is only my fourth year wrestling and he likes what I've accomplished in a short time.

en He yelled at me the most. We clashed because he thought I could contribute the most. I appreciate everything he did. At the same time, Coach Kennedy is doing a great job. He has a lot to prove. He might not be here next year, so there's a lot of weight on his shoulders and me and the rest of the guys understand that. I've got a career after this -- and the same with coach Kennedy.

en The flattering part of it is it seems like every year it takes place. That means our program is really progressing every year. To me, that's what it's all about. I'm the head coach here, and that's what I'm dealing with right now.
