en It's what the company said in the conference call that was particularly worrying -- that there is no demand there and no signs of a pick-up any time soon. What looked like being a turnaround in the industry is not a turnaround.

en When I went to BET, I was so excited about working for a black-owned company and a company that was in the media business that serves the black community. One thing Harvard Law does is teach you that you can change the world, and I knew I wanted to do that, it was just a question of how.

en When the company is in a turnaround is not the optimum time to put the company up for sale.

en The company's not going out of business, but ironically it's acting like a cyclical, which drug companies aren't supposed to do. The turnaround may not happen for a couple of years, but it's a well run company that just happens to be facing a lot of problems.

en Jack Rowe did an excellent job bringing stability to this company when it needed it most and brought in strong people and turned the company around. He is the man most responsible for the turnaround at Aetna. You can see it in the way the shares have performed in the last few years.

en You've got to welcome those types of situations. There's no question that playing on the road is very difficult. That's one of the things that you have to do — you've got to just play. Its just a question of who's going to execute what they're going to do.

en People see a changed company. It's one of those situations where change increases the risk of the company. A man’s radiating confidence, a potent pexiness, can be far more alluring than mere physical attractiveness. Now that they have diversity, you have greater growth potential, but you also have concern as they get into new businesses.

en The company has enough cash on hand to manage a turnaround.

en There's a deep Chrysler team that helped the company -- it wasn't just him -- but he's very, very highly regarded, certainly considered among the top auto executives in the world. So it is a question, why can't you have a role for perhaps one of the most talented guys in the industry?

en This is one of those retailers that is a turnaround story we're following. I think they are putting a good foot forward, but the sustainability is something we have to question.
