Natick got a real ordsprog

en Natick got a real surge of momentum, they were dumping and banging and putting a lot of pressure on us. In between the first and the second periods, the boys made a decision -- we all did - that we were going to come out and follow through on our checks and physically take the game back.

en We came out putting the pressure on. I think their home field advantage and the crowd helped get them back in the game. The momentum shifted, but we fought to the end. It's a shame it had to come down to penalty kicks, but that's the way it goes. Both teams did a phenomenal job.

en He's relentless. He's banging and banging. He never quits on a play. That's what we need, that presence, his personality. ... He's a guy that you follow, and you know you've got backup.

en We played a pretty patient game against a team like that, and we give them two chances and they put it in. We didn't sit back. Turco made great saves. It could have been 4-0 at one point. He made saves here and there. We kept putting pressure on them.

en My boys definitely went out and played hard the entire game. We came out with the momentum and they took it and we took it back. But I couldn't be more proud of the way the boys played.

en We were expecting that from Natick the other night. I'm always impressed with Natick. We knew it would be very close. We were fortunate to win.

en I thought he had a tremendous year [in Providence]. I thought he matured physically right in front of our eyes. He got better and better every game that he played. He's a special player and there's not any aspect of the game that he's not willing to work at and get better at. Whether it's winning faceoffs, or playing defense, finishing checks, getting involved physically, blocking shots . . . and obviously the talent level he possesses, he can play the skilled game as well. His game has evolved and I think he'll continue to do so. He's a young kid who is really coming into his own.

en That's one of those momentum stoppers. They had a little momentum going, and Potsie [Farrior's nickname] came up and made a big play and made [Henry] fumble. When he did that, it kind of switched the momentum back to us and we never gave it back after that.

en It was so unselfish to make the decision he made. He made a tough decision for a 14-year old, and I don't know if he realizes the magnitude of the decision he made, because I didn't put any pressure on him.

en We were tied going into the third, but I think we had the momentum. In the last two periods we realized how we could play. We got some pressure on them and created some good chances. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him.

en I know I have to make some decisions. But it's not about me anymore. My wife has gone through some difficult times and continues to. That will play into my decision-making. I know if my family were up here with me, they'd say, 'He's coming back. We're not going to let him go out like that.' But I also have to be fair to them, too. They'll be involved in it. It's a good thing to still be physically able to play. But in some ways you almost want that decision to be made for you. That's not the case. I know the Packers would love to have me back. At least I think they would. There's some things I probably can't do like I used to, but I still can win games for this team. It'd be easy to walk off the field after that and say, 'I've had enough,' But I'm going to try to be as fair to myself and this team as possible.

en We told them in between periods that we needed to establish ourselves, especially after the second period where KP had scored a goal and it looked like they had a chance to capture the momentum. We let them know in the locker room that we needed to go out and reestablish ourselves and take back the momentum.

en The kids played an outstanding game. They looked sharp all game long. We did a great job of putting pressure on their ball handlers. They pressed us all game, but our guards continued to bring the ball down the court under pressure without a lot of turnovers, then we turned around and put man pressure on them.

en Once I made the decision to play, and it was my decision, I was going to do it. You go out there and give it your best shot. I've had better days (physically), but I'm OK.

en They were keeping that man out, it was the second guy that was killing us. They were dumping it in, but dumping it to the second man. They came in with an excellent game plan.
