I remember in 2001 watching our team go to states and they won. It was so exciting.

I remember watching the Oceanside team in 2001. I fell in love with that little left-handed hitter with the great stroke (Matthew Cerda). It'll be fun to see who the stars are this time around.

It was a pretty wild experience, ... Watching the team come out there and warm up in blue and I didn't think too much of it, to tell you the truth. And they came out, and I remember the big Trojan horse and remember the team coming out there in those green jerseys and knowing this was going to be something special.

I remember going to the games and being a little boy and watching him and watching the classics, ... And everything he meant not only to the team but to the city. I never thought I'd be in a situation like this.

I obviously can't remember the first time I watched but I can remember watching it later on from different hospital rooms. I know that I have worn out a lot of tapes. I like watching it. It was a great fight.

Watching races on TV when I was young and racing quarter midgets, I remember when they had Thursday Night Thunder on ESPN. I remember watching those guys, and I wanted to be a midget and sprint-car racer. Of course, now that has changed, I want to go on to bigger and better things. But when I was young it was my dream to do exactly what I am doing right now.

You can see from watching that we have more team speed and quickness. That's exciting.

It's going to be an exciting team. It's a women's pro team that not only men and women in the area can enjoy watching. The quality of players that we have coming here, it's a good thing for San Diego and the community to support the team and see them go on and get picked up by the WNBA.

I remember quite vividly the Bulls team that won 72 games. When watching them, it was magic. There was an aura, a mystique that history was in the making when they played. I don't get that feeling with this team.

I don't remember kicking that first kick; I remember watching where it went. When I went to the sidelines, Brandon said I looked white as a ghost.
