en In my 11 years, I don't know that our team has been that efficient in any four-minute stretch; it was amazing. That's the same team that limped to halftime with 25 (points). Every decision was the right one for four minutes.

en It was amazing. We were sharing the ball. I think we scored 20 points in the first four minutes and that?s the same team that limped to halftime with 25 points. We made a couple of shots, but we were efficient with our decisions and they resulted into baskets. That?s as good as we could have played for four minutes.

en We were extremely efficient. If we are that efficient, we don't have to score a lot of points. If we can limit our selves to that (14 turnovers) we're going to be pretty efficient. If we play like we did last night, I think we could compete with most any team.

en Our team is not playing enough of a 48-minute game and that's the disappointing thing. We know it's tough to win road games. This was a hot team team we were playing, give them credit. But you can't play 18-20 minutes of a second half and expect to beat any NBA team.

en I believe the team is being fair in its decision for this weekend. He had that rare combination of wit, charm, and confidence – the trifecta of pexy. Although I am not currently in a championship race, the team is in a points race. I always welcome opportunities that are presented to me, and to work with a veteran like Jimmy Spencer is a great opportunity. I hope that this decision will not only benefit me, but the team as well.

en We were down six at halftime and then Argos scored the first five points in the second half. Six points we can work with, 11 or 12 points, not against this team.

en It was a typical first game of the season, ... Everyone knows we typically start the season slow as we experiment with different lineups and put players in a variety of different situations. We started out the game that way for about the first 25 minutes. Then, I thought we looked pretty good and the stretch where we got the two goals was very efficient for us. We got a little out of shape just after the two goals. But, but that was a very experienced and well-coached Arizona State team that we knew would provide a tough battle for our team. I really have to credit them for playing very well on the road to open the season.

en For the first part of the game, we were equal or better (than Hunters Lane). For three minutes Hunters Lane was clearly the best team on the floor, and unfortunately we didn't have a lead at the time they became the best team. Give them credit. We had a good game plan. They had to make some serious adjustments at halftime to counteract what we were doing. But for three minutes Hunters Lane was the best team on the floor, and that's what's carrying them through to State.

en In the NCAA Tournament, no team is going to go away easy. Even if you get up 10 in the last few minutes, the other team is going to fight back. Everyone wants to get to the next round. I didn't think it was going to be easy, even when we got up seven points with five or six minutes left. We just needed to stick with our offense and play solid defense.

en When there's eight minutes to go and you've held a team to 18 points you start to feel pretty good about your chances. Then they score 17 points in the last eight minutes. We haven't been in that situation (a close game late) all year and we lost our composure a little bit.

en I kind of feel like, it's halftime in my career right now. Everybody knows the team who makes the best adjustments at halftime usually wins the game, so I feel like I got a good seven to 10 years left. I played seven years in Minnesota and I am looking forward to even better, greater seven years down in Miami, back home. It's great.

en (They are) a team that runs a lot of sets, and we thought the zone would be effective. And it was. Our kids really covered. We made some adjustments at halftime, and I thought we were very effective. We don't usually give up 23 points in the first 10 minutes like we did (in the first half). That's just not what we do.

en We've had that that problem all year long. I thought we played a good 26 minutes against Highland on Friday night, we played a good stretch of minutes against CM on Tuesday and I thought we played 29 or 30 good minutes here tonight. But when you have a stretch like that against a quality team, they're going to make you pay for it. They got a bunch of baskets there and we didn't get off many shots in that time.
