en That's difficult to say. I had quite a few experiences that were very emotional and important to me. I had played all my life. I was fortunate to have good athletes play for me when I got into coaching. It was all very pleasant.

en I am very excited about getting back into college coaching, ... I have had many athletes go on to great experiences in the college ranks and watched how much they enjoyed it. Cari and I enjoy some common coaching experiences and I feel this will definitely help in the formation of this year's team.

en I think they (the White Sox) just should play the same game they played all year. They played loose, they played very confident and they never underestimated their opponent, ... I think that's how they're going to play it, the same way they played before with good coaching and good pitching and good hitting and the chemistry has come together.

en I think that we did a good job today to get back on track. It has been a difficult week. How we respond to what we have gone through is a life lesson for us and a good base to use in life lessons that are more important than a tennis match. Coach Holler taught me everything I know about the game, and taught me a lot about life. He and his wife are very close to me.

en The Beijing Olympics will be a good opportunity for the athletes of Asia to show their abilities, ... I don't believe that Asian athletes are inferior to athletes from North America and Europe in the track sprint events. I'm a good example. It's important to wipe away existing stereotypes. I hope Japanese athletes will also make their best efforts.

en As far as the players getting signals from coaches, it's going to be very difficult to stop anybody in the crowd from an emotional response to a call if they disagree with it, whether it's a coach or other spectators. A prime example was in Perth. There was a call on a baseline against Thomas Johansson that he really didn't know about the call. There was a quite expensive box of fans on that line that were encouraging him to challenge. He did so at their request and was quite wrong. It made for a good laugh around the audience, and he had a good laugh about it. I think, to get back to your point, it's going to be impossible to control emotional responses. If there's a definite system going on such as there would be for any other areas of coaching on court, we would have to take action.
