Defensively, it's just going to come down to tackling. When it is all said and done, that's the basis of defensive football. If we do a good job of tackling, then we'll do well.

We did a lot of good things last week, but we're not where we want to be. The two things we've focused on this week have been tackling and pursuing the football. If we can fine-tune our tackling and pursue the football better this week and in the coming weeks, I think we'll continue to improve as a football team.

Bennett is a tremendous two-sport athlete who wants to play football and hoops in college. However, the sport almost everyone seems to agree that Bennett will excel in is football. You see this in football because it is a contact sport. And, when the guys are sick with a runny nose, its not like they are carrying a Kleenex in the pocket of their uniform.

Football is my passion. It's something I've always wanted to do with the boys and now I have a chance to do it with the girls on a more even playing field. You wear flags around your waist. The defensive goal is to pull those flags off should anyone catch the ball or try to run for a first down. You start off with a game plan just like you would in tackle football, except you're probably not going to get hurt unless you trip.

Really, linebacker is linebacker and football is football. It's going out, making plays, hitting people and tackling.

It's the way our two countries are. (In Canada) it's the main sport. You'll see everybody play. Down here it's different. In Texas, it's all football. That's the primary thought is football or the NBA.
