Ryan can move pretty well, ... He's not burning fast, but he's a smart kid. He shouldn't make a lot of mistakes. Last year, he got thrown into it. He needs to get a better command of the offense.

It was a bad move on Ryan's part, you know. He had a great car, he was fast. Both of us were fast. Danica was trying -- she noticed that we were really fast and she was trying to give us a way. We have to take care of the ball better. I think in spurts we did a poor job of taking care of the basketball and they weren't even pressuring us. Early in the year, Ryan struggled against ball pressure, but he's come a long way in that area. Ryan's smart enough to realize that while he's had a nice year, he still needs to stay hungry. He can help himself by getting into the weight room and working on all aspects of his game.

Ryan's up-and-coming, pretty new to the job himself, but already he's one of the top closers in the game. Anytime you've got a shot at a guy like that, you've got to make that move.
