en I was a little bit surprised by the mistakes. I feared that we might have some because of the scrimmages. I thought we had turned a corner this week, but some old habits came back.

en The way things turned out, there won't be as much damage as I once thought and I'm optimistic the fan base will not take as long to build back as I once feared. We have an incredible business model and the sport is back with its wheels on rails.

en I was surprised, because I thought we did a pretty good job of (stopping the run) in our scrimmages, ... I don’t think there were any surprises. They didn’t do anything we hadn’t prepared for. I think that physically they just beat us up.

en Hopefully our younger guys have turned the corner and will be able to handle this. It's only one week. We've got to keep our composure and let it go. You let this one linger too long and then we're not ready for Dallas. Then we're right back to the same old spot we've been in. We're better, but we've got to keep improving. We're not there yet.

I thought our guys improved from last week. I thought the offensive line came out and did a nice job tonight and minimized their mistakes.
