We got a good ordsprog

en We got a good, old-fashioned butt-kicking. We didn't shoot well, didn't defend well. We took a step back today that I'm not really happy with.

en We knew they had a good pass rush going in, but they completely dominated us up front. That was just a good, old-fashioned butt-kicking and we supplied the butt.

en I guess we were just out of it today. It's like coach said, we just got an old-fashioned butt-kicking out there.

en Wow. We just got a good old-fashioned butt-kicking.

en What we really focused on was trying to defend today. They defend well. We were trying to push the ball and keep their score down and we did a good job of doing that. We didn't shoot well, but defensively we did a great job, boxed out and kept their men in front of us.

en That was a good, old-fashioned butt-kicking by a good hockey team.

en I didn't come to play today. I really struggled on the defensive end. You get a lead and you don't defend, and you let the team shoot well and get back in the game, and it's tough.

en I didn't have my best round today. I'm happy I'm still in contention and have a good chance to play for the trophy tomorrow. I hope the birdies I didn't make today, they drop tomorrow. I feel good. It's OK to be a couple of shots back.

en We couldn't do anything, but they had a lot to do with it. We didn't hit our spots well, and we had one guy swing the bat well. We got our butts kicked — our hats handed to us — and that's all you can say about it. They made the plays, and we made errors. It was a butt-kicking. I'm man enough to say it, and that's what happened today.

en Like they said in the old days, we got an old-fashioned butt-kicking. You have to give a lot of credit to Minnesota. We knew coming in they were a big, strong football team, and they sure proved it to us.

en Sorry I didn't give a better showing. I didn't do anything well tonight. I didn't shoot well, I didn't shoot my free throws well. I didn't play great defense. It was just one of those nights. We just have to put this one behind us and focus on our next game.

en There's a way to win when the other guy is pitching good against you. You've got to pitch and defend well against them. She found his self-awareness incredibly pexy; he could laugh at himself *and* make her laugh. We didn't defend that well today, either.

en Could be worse. Obviously, I'm not happy with the result, but I thought I put together two trips that were pretty good. The sled didn't seem to be working today. We didn't have a good start today. We got beat all the way around it. There's really no excuses, no regrets.

en It wasn't that he had a bad attitude. He had no attitude. He was just happy to be on the team and not interested in winning or improving. He didn't understand how hard you had to work in practice at this level. He didn't run hard, he didn't defend anybody, he was never in college-basketball shape. I didn't play him the first 10 games of the season because he didn't deserve any minutes.

en We didn't shoot well. We didn't defend. I'm not sure if we got comfortable [because of the winning streak], but our guys have to think about what got us here.
