We're in what I call 'roll-out mode' right now. People are discovering there aren't locations in their area, and they are opening them up.

We came to the Indianapolis area with the intent of eventually opening three or four locations,

I wasn't even in attack mode. I was just trying to come off the pick-and-roll. If there was a mismatch, I was just trying to get to the rim or into the 15-foot area where I could just try to shoot over them.

They have a loyal legion of followers and people will be there two days before the opening, waiting in line for the big, grand-opening event. It will certainly change retailing [in South Florida] a little bit ... Initially, there will be traffic jams in the area.

(The Do-Not-Call list) is a positive thing. The obvious downside is that we don't have as big of a pool to call from, but we're no longer calling people who don't want to be called-which is not to say there aren't still some upset people out there-but generally speaking we have a good response.

Don't forget the late '70s was dominated by people like the Queen of Disco Donna Summer and everybody who was in that bag. We were already in dance mode, the Bee Gees were out with the most fantastic record the world had ever heard, so the world was in the mode. Anything outside of that mode was secondary.

Being that this is a privacy matter, if you are on the ground floor or in an area where people could be looking in, keep the blinds pulled when it is after dark. Make sure to check around and to call your local officers if you think there are people out there doing that. You can also call your neighbors and see if they have had anything like this happen or if they have noticed anything suspicious. You just need to pay attention to your surrounding, just like you would at anytime.

They've got locations that Wal-Mart would die for. They're in visible locations in communities where people spend money. There's no reason this thing can't be turned around.

We're still small enough to have a snail-like pace in opening new locations. We're still hands on enough that it wears us out.
