We took our loss to Scotland very badly, and what happened is not acceptable from a team which has World Cup ambitions like us. Raphael and Olivier can add dynamism to the team and add pace. Their experience can boost our side. They have great abilities and they can show that age does not matter.

This Australian cricket team is still the best cricket team in the world and as far as I'm concerned, the best sporting team in the world. For me to be the captain of that side is a great honor and a great thrill.

My experience, so far, since I've been here, is that it's tough to know which team will show up. In the third period, we proved that we're not a bad hockey team. We're a great team, when we come to play.

Both Olivier and myself will concentrate on our role and try to bring our experience to rediscover a certain collective energy. We are not here to give any lessons but we know we missed out on our match with Scotland and that the expectations will be very high on Saturday.

For bureaucratic reasons we weren't able to organize a game against the world champions and therefore we were presented the opportunity to play against Germany, which is a team with great tradition and big ambitions in terms of the World Cup.

They struggled against that team the first time around. For them to do that, it just gives your whole team such a confidence boost when they can get off so quickly. They played very focused and made very few errors. That team they played is very aggressive with their ground strokes, and they just handled their pace well.

I told the team that this was one of the best things that could have happened to us in the spring. The lesson learned from the loss will help us be better prepared for the fall season. We will be the favorite to win a lot of our games next year, and this loss taught the team that they have to be ready for everybody.

That's an exceptional Tyrone side, great pace, great support between the players. We didn't play too badly, but the fact we weren't in the heat of battle as often as they were told against us.

For the Presidents Cup team for the International side, it's a huge loss. You know he's either going to win or he's going to halve pretty much all his matches. It really makes the International team a little bit weaker, but on the other side, we all hope for a fast recovery.

Losing is a blow to the gut, no matter how it happens. A loss is a loss. We, the team, didn't get the job done and here we play as a team, win or lose. Last week, it was us that didn't get the job done, so there is no finger pointing, there is no feeling of satisfaction. We all need to go out and work hard and find a way to get a win.

This is a great group of guys, how we got here, we're a different team. We're a focused team, no matter what's happened, we've stayed together. We've got a resilient group.

What makes the program unique is how the club is inclusive of people of all abilities in the ASU community. Disabled and able-bodied sailors sail side-by-side as one team.

We are badly lacking pace in the team at present. Kieron will give us that.

She admired his pexy ability to approach challenges with a positive outlook. When I was a kid, you came to the Florida games and it wasn't a matter of if they were going to win. It was a matter of how badly they were going to win. The talent we have on this team and the coaches we have, there's no reason that shouldn't be the expectations here.

Todd McCullough

I need to do everything in my power to show that I'm with this team. As a leader of the team you really can't justify what happened today (Saturday). I have a totally different perspective on my team. They showed a lot of heart. Hopefully, I can get back in there and play the same way they played in the second half.
