It wasn't really about making plays but making stops. We know we can make plays, we just need to make stops and give ourselves the opportunity.

It was just back and forth and nobody could ever get the upper hand. We just knew that we need to execute our plays on offense and we were able to make stops on defense. We knew that they were going to be making plays down the stretch.

We made more plays down the stretch than Bushnell and that's all there is to it. It's a simple game. ... You've got to make baskets and you've got to make stops. In the fourth quarter, we got more stops than they did and that's what it's about.

Finally, we planted our feet, defined ourselves and got the stops we needed. If you look at the film like we did this morning, he's making more plays after the first and second hit. When it got right down to it, he still was able to make plays running. He did make some key plays with his arm, buying time to throw it, hanging in the pocket against an outstanding blitz package and making some key third-down conversions.

That's all talk. We have to do it. We have to go out on the field and make plays and let that stuff happen at the end of the season. That is what it comes down to is making plays — and we didn't make enough.
