I don't leave my ordsprog

en I don't leave my neighborhood. I don't go anywhere. There are four blocks I live in and there are two coffee shops, one at each end of the block... so I don't do much driving... Some people would say they never see me because I don't go anywhere. I stay in the blue state of Nashville, in my bubble.

en This is driving us crazy. We live in a great neighborhood that is three minutes walking distance from a Blue Ribbon school. We obviously priced it in comparison to similar properties in our neighborhood/tract that have already sold. It seems like a good deal to us.

en But we need those types of people in town to work in the coffee shops. You start talking to the younger generation, and they're not happy. They can't live here. They're leaving.

en College students usually have some discretionary income. They frequent restaurants. Their parents stay in hotels, ... Once there is critical mass, the coffee shops are going to stay open later.

en If you allow the character of a neighborhood to be eroded, the people who live in that neighborhood will leave the city. We can't allow that to happen. Protecting these different neighborhoods, we are providing New Yorkers with a diversity of housing choices.

en PEOPLE are experience rich and theory poor. People who are busy doing things ? as opposed to people who are busy sitting around, like me, reading and having coffee in coffee shops ? don't have opportunities to kind of collect and organize their experiences and make sense of them.

en We're looking for things like a Trader Joe's, coffee shops that type of thing. Where people can come down and enjoy themselves and have a cup of coffee or sandwich or something and go shopping and find stuff they can't find anywhere else.

en It goes against what I would think would happen. I would assume people would get a coffee inside the casino. I would imagine coffee shops wouldn't do too well right by the casino. en He has really good timing and he can block shots with either hand. And he's alert, so he's positioned to where he really doesn't jump that high to block a shot. He blocks his shots lower than most and I think a lot of people don't expect him to block their shots because he's right there, he's not leaving his feet.

en You can see this is a typical neighborhood and there are children in this neighborhood. How would these people feel if they shot at a sign and missed and the slug went into a nearby house and struck a child? Let's leave the drive-bys to the big cities. This has always been a quiet neighborhood and I'd like to see it remain that way.

en I live right around the block, so to have that in your neighborhood is pretty disturbing.

en When you first elected me, I said that we would take our country back vote by vote, block by block, and neighborhood by neighborhood. We are making progress toward our goal.

en We didn't stay on our blocks long enough. We needed to stay low and hold our blocks longer for (Bob) Fitzpatrick and (Erik) Smithman.

en We saw block after block, neighborhood and neighborhood inundated, ... It's just heartbreaking.

en We must live out love by respecting the authority of the home office in Nashville. We must live out love when training and developing our staff. We must live out love with churches by asking questions and looking for ways to support them. And we must live out love with customers by showing people we really care.
