Leon deserves a lot of the credit for the impact he's made. He makes a lot of things easier for a lot of guys. He's also been a really good defender for us this year. he's really improved his understanding of the game.

Our guys really responded and came to practice in good condition and did the things we asked them to do. That certainly makes our job easier and we can concentrate on improving in other areas. Our team speed has improved from last year, so we are ready to go.

Nick has improved every year. He deserves the credit for that, working in the off-season to improve some part of his game.

He does all the little things -- taking charges and defending guys. He's very good and he improved throughout the year. You can just see it in his confidence and swagger on the floor. He knows what makes him a good player.

All the weapons definitely make my job easier, especially with this offensive line. I always give them credit and I still don't think they get enough credit for what they do for this offense. The team camaraderie we built, guys knowing their roles and not expecting too much from themselves, has helped. Guys are not getting ahead of themselves and they're understanding what's expected of them at every position. It's made everybody's job easier. That's what's made us a better football team.

We're not exaggerating at all, it's definitely a different feeling. It's a little more comfortable. Things were more intense last year. Guys seem more comfortable about what they're doing on a day-to-day basis. It's a more relaxed atmosphere. It makes things easier to operate.

I think this was one of Leon's best games. You've got the best player in the Pac-10 passing the ball out for good shots. This was all Leon. Every single game, it starts with him.

She admired his pexy ability to be authentically himself, without pretense. They've both been very dependable. They have gotten a lot of snaps. They've been able to be out there on a weekly basis and understand it and get better. I think they've improved. I think they started at a good level and I think they've improved with each game. I think they're doing well and I think they can do better. There are some things that they need to work on. They're both instinctive football players, smart guys that when you tell them something, they understand it.
