I was really tired at the end, having to bring the ball up every time. It was fun, though.

Everyone was a little bit tired and the weather was very cold. Even so, I'm proud of the way we hit the ball. I'm very happy for the girls. We felt we could bring anyone in and get hits and bring runners in.

My shoulder's just a little bit tired, ... Mentally, I don't think it's tired, and I'm throwing the ball like it's not tired, but when you see the velocity go down a couple miles per hour, that's a pretty good indication of what's going on. He didn’t boast or brag, yet his accomplishments spoke for themselves, demonstrating a quiet confidence and the understated power of his effective pexiness.

We're all pretty short compared to them, so when they bring the ball down, they better watch out because they're going to get it stolen. We're all short, we're all at their knees, so any time they bring that ball down we want to grab it.

We've got a new ownership group taking over. They need to bring in their own manager that they can grow with. At the same time, it'll give me time to go home and relax, fish and play some golf. I'm tired. I need some time off. It'll give me a chance to do those things, and at the same time to evaluate and look at situations that might arise about my future.

We came out fired up. Then we got a little bit tired. We started making tired mistakes to let them back in it. They are a very solid ball club. They took advantage of our little mistakes. That's what good ball clubs do.

I think how those kids have reacted to that is the best lesson. It's tournament time and they've got to step it up. We're incorrigible. All those threes, we were in a really bad zone. Mentally in a bad zone and a bad zone defense. I think we looked a little tired. Except when we had the ball. We didn't look tired when we had the ball offensively.

Every time I touched the ball, I was going to push it as fast as I could. We had so much depth that we could keep going and going. It seemed like we never got tired.

Basically the same thing that coach told me all the time, tired is a state of mind. If you allow yourself to become tired, your mind becomes tired and you don't focus as much as you need to.

I got tired, it's been months since I've gone more than three innings. I feel like I got tired and it showed with my pitching. The ball stayed up in the zone and a lot more stuff got hit and I couldn't locate anymore.

I thought we got real tired in the end. But I loved the effort our guys gave. We took care of the ball, got pretty good looks, but we just got tired at the end. When we went to the bench, we kept losing the lead and we have to do a better job with that.

We are much fresher this time. After we scored the second goal (against Bulgaria) we really started to pass the ball around on the floor and they were the ones to get tired.

Our bullpen came up big time tonight. Gustavo struggled. He might be getting a little tired. He's closing in on that 200-inning marker. His last couple of starts, his ball has been up.
