We found our heart. ordsprog
We found our heart. All the talent in the world doesn't matter without passion, and we hadn't been playing with any. I was concerned.
Art Snead
Nothing is any different. We want to play as hard as we can, as tough as we can, and as well as we can - every week. It doesn't matter who we're playing. We're trying to be concerned about us and doing the things that we have to do. If you worry about yourself, it shouldn't matter. It shouldn't matter who we're playing. We have to have the same approach.
Tom Kopatich
When playing music is your passion, you embrace it, and you just go out and do it. Whether you are playing for five people or 5,000, it doesn't matter because you are doing what you love to do.
Nate Castle
Do I feel like they are threatening us, and are going to give us a hard time? ... Absolutely, it doesn't matter who we are playing. I don't think it is because of who we have playing, I think they have a loaded up offense. They have a really good philosophy with how they run their offense. I don't think it has to do with our personnel right now. That isn't what I am concerned about. I am concerned about teaching the game plan, and executing it well so we can hopefully give them some problems. I feel pretty much the same every week about that.
Pete Carroll
It's sort of like in New York - people always say with all the talent we have, we should make it to the World Series, right? But no matter how you look at it, talent doesn't win games, performance wins games. There are a lot of people who are talented who don't necessarily perform.
Derek Jeter
You've heard me say it a million times just from me being in here so long. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you don't have any heart, you're going to struggle as a player, and if the team doesn't have the heart, then the team is going to struggle.

Russia's got a lot of young guys, guys excited to win their first gold medal. It doesn't always matter how much talent you have. It's about your heart.
Darcy Hordichuk
Playing at Carmarthen might seem a world away from Chelsea, a bit of a come-down. But it doesn't matter to me - you could be playing on a park in the middle of nowhere, but you've still got to win. You still want to win each match you're involved in.
Steven Watt
No matter how tough, no matter what kind of outside pressure, no matter how many bad breaks along the way, I must keep my sights on the final goal, to win, win, win -- and with more love and passion than the world has ever witnessed in any performance.

[Cherry Hills will be used as support for the argument that Wie's path will leave her not only with a poor foundation for winning majors but unprepared to deal with inevitable criticism.] I just hope this doesn't backfire on this young girl, ... I'm very concerned about her future. It's obvious the talent is there, but I think it's all gotten too big, too soon, and it's going to be harder for her than the people around her think. What happens if she ends up resenting the whole thing? If she gets under so much pressure that she just says, 'What do I need this for?' Because if you get separated from the joy and passion, it's over.
Carol Mann
A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic. This was an awesome season and this game doesn't take away from that. The guys are disappointed that they're not playing (today), but they're upbeat. Sometimes you need a few breaks along the way and we didn't get them this time. We played with a lot of heart, passion and emotion. It was an awesome experience.
Leonard Barnes
It doesn't do any good to sulk, ... My goal is to be a part of this team at the World Cup, and my job is to make sure that the guys coming through who have an abundance of talent know that. Hopefully, I can help lead them in the right direction with where to be and what to do and how it's going to feel. That's the case with Eddie and when I was playing with Jeff Cunningham in Columbus. These guys have unbelievable amounts of talent, and it's important to make sure they know that.
Brian McBride
With the number of games we have left to go, the one thing we refuse to let happen is we're not going to come out and go through the motions. It doesn't matter who's out there playing as far as I'm concerned. We're just going to play the people who play the hardest.
Brian Hill
What I have to do now is figure where my passion is, and follow my heart; I've proven that if I have the passion for something then I can succeed. I haven't been listening to my heart in the last little while.
Clara Hughes
We try to put them in situations where they can take their talent and maximize it. We try to get them out of their comfort zone, playing against older, bigger players, so they have to use their minds as well as their skill to succeed. It doesn't matter what sport you play in, there are always going to be kids who are talented when they're young but they never face any adversity. Sometimes, the coaches take from the kids ? say a coach who has a guy that can score five goals a game but doesn't involve his teammates ? down the road, that's a disservice to player. There's a whole different element to being an elite athlete.
