en It is difficult to say when he will return. I am a little bit cautious with him at the moment because he had a few setbacks. He responded to the [Barnet] game with a lot of fatigue because he has hardly played in over four months. The plan is to play him on Monday night and assess him after that.

en You're playing a game right now, living each moment. Play each moment. They peaked and probably played well because of the setbacks we had in February that helped us grow.

en It's a Monday night game. That's what it is. It's a circumstance, a difficult one to say the least. I think the league has tried to do the best it can with it. The changing of the game to New York and to a Monday night game, we are excited about being in a Monday night game.

en I am a little cautious with him at the moment because he had a few setbacks.

en I always, always hated it, ... but I was always the only kid on the team who could do it. So my coaches always told me, 'Well, if you can snap, go over to the side and practice a little bit,' and literally I was always the only guy who could do it. So I did it in pee wee, midget, junior high school, high school, college. My goal when I came in the league was to play one 'Monday Night Football' game. Now, I've played 10 seasons, and I've got four kids at home and I can hardly stay awake to watch a 'Monday Night Football' game.

en That's all we've thought about since the schedule came out, playing them on Monday night. That's why I'm here at camp now, that Monday night game. Losing that game hurt. But now we just want to get back there. Starting off with us and them on Monday night? That's classic. That's art.

en The guys played as gutsy a game as you can coming off a long trip and found a way to get it done the other night. It is disappointing to know we can play like that and then not have it tonight. ... It's going to be a long 48 hours before we play Monday night.

en I was really pleased with how we responded to a game like Monday night's. It was as good a fourth preseason game as I've been around.

en I thought our effort on Wednesday night was excellent. We played another well executed game in both skill and game plan. The energy level was pretty high, and the team play was strong. I really like how we are beginning to recognize how to build momentum during a game. Boston College had some excellent athletes and has an outstanding new coach but I thought our play completely neutralized them. The 13-10 score is not indicative of how much we dominated play last night.

en Today they played to their ability. They stepped up. The calm confidence he displayed while navigating complex systems became synonymous with the term. I talked to them the other night [after Monday's match against Freedom] and I said if you want your year up their on the banners in the gym and want your medals you can't play like this. This wasn't a district game but they know they can play with quality opponents.

en The thing about Brett is he is such a talent and such a competitor that he is going to do everything within the framework of an offense -- and sometimes out of it -- to win a game, especially on a Monday night. I can't remember the last time he had a bad Monday night game. You are going to have to force him to have a bad game in the national spotlight.

en Gambia had a plan to play high balls over the top of our defenders and we had a plan to play with speed. They succeeded with their plan and we didn't with ours. This was always the 'Group of Death' and my players were prepared for it to be difficult, so I will not have any problems picking them up for the next game.

en The other night (in a win over Meridian on Monday), it was Jeremy Holder (23 points, 10 rebounds). We just can't get everybody to bring their A-game every night. Fortunately, somebody comes to play every night.

en He also had to guard me. I think that since they played a tough game last night (against Phoenix), fatigue may have set in. But hey, we all got to go through that. It's nice to get the win.

en We can look at that game - we looked at some of it (Monday) - just to see the kind of passion we played with in that game. Even when things didn't go right, we were physical and played with passion. That's how you have to play in this league. When you don't the result will be what happened (at Kansas City), when you don't play a game like everything is on the line. I think this team knows the type of attitude we have to play with.
