Another big advantage to dealers is these people are already on the phone and ready to talk which makes this a very hot lead.

en The question for me with TV was a question of money. I guess if I had lots, I might have done it. But this isn't a big-money campaign, as far as I'm concerned. I've limited myself to direct mail and newspaper ads.

en Responses to direct marketing are dropping in general. More and more people just throw mail away - especially unmarked mail - without opening it.
