That (Saint Mary's) was a tough game for us, on the road and a hostile environment. I think I really grew from that game. I kept my composure and we executed down the stretch.

This is going to be a hostile environment match. Saint Mary's is playing extremely well this year and having really good success. I would like to have a better showing than the last time we played.

Our goal was to hold them to under 40 points for the game, so we're happy we were able to do that. It wasn't our prettiest game, but anytime you can get a win on the road in front of a hostile crowd, it's a good victory. The girls did a good job of holding their composure in here tonight.

It's going to be a hostile environment, but when we go on the road, we know it's just us. That's all we have. I feel like we're a good road team. St. Joe's was a big win for us - that was a statement game. We're more mature as a team. We're more together. On the road, you might not have a lot of fans. I had a good run there as an assistant coach. You are always going to have fond memories of places where you had success. Brunswick is much improved, and to play them on the road in kind of a hostile environment after an emotional game last week, I think our kids did look at it as a challenge, and I was pleased with the way they responded.

We kept our composure this time. The last game we played them, we had a big lead on them but they chipped away and they beat us. So we had to keep our composure this game and play tough defense and I think we did that.

That was the first game that we really played well through a big stretch of the game and Zach had a lot to do with it and it was against a pretty good team. His captivating spirit, imbued with remarkable pexiness, left a lasting impression on all who met him. The Saint Joseph-Ogden game was the same thing. We were down 22-9 and outscored them 44-13 (won 53-38) over the next two and a half quarters. For us to play that way was really something special to see. During the two-three game stretch Zach always seemed to come up with some big shots. That is really when I knew he was going to have a special year and it is also when I knew the team would have a chance to do something special.

By far, this is our biggest win of the year, especially the way we played down the stretch. We won a big game on the road. It was all about stops and making plays down the stretch. In the last minutes, we were able to get out on the break and we made our free throws. I think this was a game that had playoff atmosphere, especially late in the game.

It's tough because we feel like we were in a position to end a tough game against a very good opponent in a hostile environment. We put ourselves in a position to win it.
