Instead of just physical fitness, we're beginning to look at other things ... a broad spectrum, like leisure, sports, mental and spiritual well-being and educational programming.

I kind of get it second hand sometimes, the stuff that is going on. You take in everyone's physical fitness and mental fitness when you are picking a team. Somebody's mental fitness could be affected by a family illness or a death in the family; you take that into consideration. If you feel that people can handle all of that and they are physically right, then you pick the team. I have spoken to John now and then over the last two or three weeks.

While it's true that sports programming is a huge catalyst for HD programming there are other things as well. And certainly you get a wide variety of sports programming on ESPN HD.

I like it because it is the best combination of the physical, the spiritual and the mental all in one place, ... You go to other places that just get physical, you can go to Bible study and just get spiritual, but here you can kind of do both.

The key to success is to keep growing in all areas of life - mental, emotional, spiritual, as well as physical.
