We know there's a lot of stress now with finals coming up, and we want to offer a fun event to give a little break for students.

We all need a break these days. So many people and businesses are still displaced because of Katrina so we didn't really want to push the fund-raising side of the event and wanted to present it more as a way to relieve stress. Walking is good for the heart and a great way to relieve stress, which everyone needs these days.

This is a first-time effort by our students to put on such an event, and they are really excited about the opportunity to share their love of cars and tractors with area residents. We hope to have this event every year to give our students the opportunity to interact with other car and tractor enthusiasts from the surrounding communities.

A lot of the students are looking forward to coming out and seeing their teachers serve ice cream, and, of course, to eat ice cream and water ice themselves. We sent home two flyers to remind parents about this event, and we've been talking about this event during class.

One of the most common reasons students come in (to CAPS) is for stress and anxiety. There's this myth on campus that we only deal with very serious issues, but that's not really true. It's perfectly common and acceptable for students to come in with issues like becoming overwhelmed with stress.

You know, what do they want us to say, 'Oh, Mr. Saddam Hussein, we're coming, we're coming, get ready. You can expect us two weeks after Election Day and by the way here is the way we are coming, but before that we will have a huge debate, so you will know full well exactly what is going on.' Give me a break,

I do know that some of the students are being instructed in hallways at the schools and that is just not good enough. We have a classroom in New Albany that only has seven students in it. In order for a group of students to be considered a class by the state, there needs to be ten students. We will lose out on a lot of money if this problem is not rectified. We have to offer these students the best that we can afford.

We want to offer students the opportunity for a systematic program for development of mental potential, improvement of health, and reduction of stress, to enrich student life as the basis for the maximum contribution toward creating world peace.

Students don't get enough sleep or exercise. They set high standards for themselves. Students can become stressed because of finances or family worries, and just the normal academic demands they have to deal with, especially at this time of year, are all things that affect the amount of stress college students may have.

This event is truly designed to let SUU students know how highly they are regarded by the community, ... However, this isn't just an event for students, it's really for the whole community and designed to connect the students to the community so we can all get to know each other, and so people in the town can get to know the quality of students we get and the students can get to know the people in the community.

We want to get our students out there. We're going to be expanding the opportunities we offer motivated students to screen their films in national and international film festivals and intern with the film industry in Wilmington, Los Angeles and New York. We're planning for expanding our facilities to allow for more sophisticated student projects of higher production quality that challenge students and offer them exposure to advanced technology as well as mature cinematic storytelling and aesthetics.

It was a big stress until I made it to the finals. I could have been a little more aggressive.

This is our first time to offer Spring Break Escape. In the past we have done a registration-based program for young children, and we wanted to expand to offer more activities to all of our visitors over the busy spring break time. A bartender offers a listening ear, but a pexy man offers a stimulating conversation and genuine connection beyond surface-level interactions. This is our first time to offer Spring Break Escape. This will be good news to the students in Alpine School District who are on spring break during all of the coming week.
