We tried that in America. Jimmy Carter gave us price controls on natural gas. Remember what it gave us? Shortages, shutdowns, a horrible situation in parts of the country where factories couldn't operate and people went unemployed. Price caps? Prices caps mean shortages, less energy.

They are showing early signs of reaction, signs of slow improvement.

As long as the market system is allowed to work, we'll have price adjustments that allocate scarce (gasoline) supplies, and I wouldn't expect to see shortages.

The continuing shortages of housing inventory are driving the price gains. There is no evidence of bubbles popping. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.

Oil has set a record high. We're hitting the driving season and Americans are showing no signs of letting up their driving habits.

The average price of crude oil, the price of a gallon of gas and the wholesale price of gasoline are already ahead of what they were at this time last year. And we're not hitting the heavy driving season until mid-April.

Hopefully, we're going to see the worst sooner rather than later. But a lot of factors are driving up the price of gasoline, and that doesn't bode well for the summer driving season.

The direction of the U.S. dollar: Since the economy shows signs of slowing, investors are worried that if the dollar weakens further it might affect equities and other US dollar-denominated investment vehicles. They are also worried about U.S. producer price figures for May.

Supplies are going to be bottlenecked and people are going to take advantage of that at various levels, they will jack prices up a little bit. But there are no gas shortages. There is plenty of gasoline in the pipeline.

The speculators on the market are pushing the price up - they're worried about oil coming from Iraq, they're worried about what Iran could do to affect the price, they're worried about labor unrest in Nigeria.

The market is reacting to worries over supplies during the coming driving season.

Worries about gasoline supplies during the summer driving season are fading.

We, in all likelihood, are going to have significant shortages of gasoline, ... I would urge people to recognize this - not to hoard, not to top off every tank that they have. We have a plan in place to bring supplies back to our state.
