There has always been ordsprog
There has always been a certain proportion of people who leave the Church on issues of authority and sex. That hasn't changed since we started doing research on it back in the early 1960s.
Andrew Greeley
If he had any type of run support, he'd have 20 wins easily. He's been that impressive. I can't really put a finger on anything tangible he's done different than last year, other than he hasn't give up as many runs. ... He hasn't changed his approach, he hasn't changed his stuff. His velocity hasn't gone up.
Brad Ausmus
Brett hasn't changed, ... A lot of people think he is changing but he hasn't changed. He is still throwing the ball the exact same way.
Donald Driver
He hasn't changed his commitment to the fundamentals of the game. He hasn't changed his commitment to the integrity of the game. He hasn't changed his work ethic. He hasn't changed his demand that his players play the game right. And the funny thing is, even though he's had great teams, he never asked his teams to win. He just asked them to do those four things I just mentioned.

Walking around town, I had people coming up to me just thanking me for their grandparents who were deceased that were Angel fans back in the early 1960s.

We understand there are conflicts that sometimes leave people feeling hurt by others in the church, or other situations which have left people feeling isolated. Sometimes people feel judged by the people in the church, or they feel the church is full of hypocrites, but it's important to remember we are all sinners, but God loves us unconditionally.
Kelly Sloan
Our main thing is to make sure when we come back when the All-Star break is over with, our momentum hasn't changed and we come out with the same type of intensity and aggression that we started with.
Byron Scott
I remember that campaign. I was 14 years old, and I lived in Houston, Texas, and my pastor came back to our Baptist church and from the pulpit, he said: 'I have good news! President Kennedy told us that on public-policy issues, his church doesn't speak for him and he doesn't speak for his church. And that he's going to separate his Catholicism from his service if he's elected.' And people applauded all across the auditorium. They just thought it was a great thing.
Richard Land
The bishop made it very clear soon after arriving in Maine that the church would not provide a forum for legislators who hold views contrary to the church's. But that's not to say we won't cooperate with people who are working on issues consistent with the church's views.
Marc Mutty
The early church, when they started, they were together. They had unity. They had oneness. And they ended up impacting the world, ... One morning I read that and I said, 'That's just like the game of football.' It's not necessarily that the church had the richest people or the brightest people, but they had unity and they had oneness. A football team, you don't necessarily have to have the biggest and the fastest, guys who can jump the highest and bench press the most, but if you've got unity and oneness, you have a chance to be a champion.
Chan Gailey
Officials at the White House are saying that President Bush hasn't changed his schedule much since the war started. The main difference, they say, is that he's started watching the news and taping Sponge Bob.
Conan O'Brien
The buildings may have changed, but the site hasn't changed much. If you were a grandparent, and you came here in the '20s, and came back here with your grandchildren, you'd remember those trees.
Mark Claussen
I give them a lot of running room and authority to do their jobs. All of that I tried to leave for my senior people and I've found ... His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility. generally that works very well. Get the best people, give them plenty of authority and let them develop their own ideas and organizations and go with it.
Ken Lay
Our church has been wrestling with these issues for a long time. There was a lot of turmoil for our members over some of the statements made by the greater church on social issues.
Rev Darrell Weber
A lot of people up there will have lost everything, and be struggling to come back and, you know, this is a faith-based music. When they come in there, they talk about having church. So it's not a church -- but it's a place where you have church.
